Ordered incorrect plan... refund help?

Ok so I wanted the basic plan £49 quid but I must have had a senior moment and ordered the £79 one in error.. Chatted with advisor within 20 minutes or realising my mistake who refunded me £6.67 and that is showing on my bank account but the other £73 is not showing as yet, he did say both had been successful but a bit concerned about it not showing... I've also received an email to say You’re Now Subscribed to Ring Home Standard...!

Hi @tomcatuk. You can cancel your plan at any time by logging in at Ring.com. We have steps on how to cancel a plan in this Help Center article https://ring.com/gb/en/support/articles/0p7eu/Cancel-Ring-Subscription-Plan?hasLangChanged=true. When you cancel a plan, you'll receive a prorated refund for any unused time remaining. This refund can take up to 10 business days to process. Once you've cancelled your plan, you can resubscribe to the plan you want.
