asked to authenticate my bank account

I bought and paid for a annual ring plan, my bank account is showing I've paid, but I have a email asking me to authenticate my bank account within 14 days or I will loose my ability to record, I chated with ring who confirmed I have paid, why am I getting this what will happen in 14 days

    Hi @user_47684c. Scammers can target people through email, so I'd suggest not clicking any links in that email to be safe. You can log in at Ring.com directly to verify that you have the correct payment method listed, and that your plan is active. If the payment from your bank account is still pending, you might want to contact your financial institution to make sure there are no problems with the payment.
