Will I be able to see on my phone Ring Door Bell activity outside mother's home 10 miles away?

Hi If I purchase a Ring Door Bell for my elderly mother who lives 10 miles away and subscribe to Broadband at her address, will I be able to see activity on my phone as she does not have a mobile. I just want to see that she is safe going in and out. Thanks DR
