Ring doorbell keeps going offline
Hi after two years of good service my ring doorbell suddenly keeps going offline. The wi fi has not changed at all and is perfectly fine. When I reconnect by pressing the orange button it works, but only for a few hours then it disconnects again. Obviously the bell doesn't work and nothing is being recorded.

This is exactly the problem we have with our floodlight camera! Worked great for YEARS and then all of a sudden won’t stay connected and light won’t stay on. I even bought a new one thinking that one was just old (4 years old) and the new one is doing the same thing.

JHi @user_b806dd. If your new Camera is falling offline as well, try the steps mentioned in this Help Center page. I hope this helps.

Hi @user_31e713. Can you let us know what specific type of doorbell this is? How is it powered? What is the RSSI for the device? That information is found on the Device Health menu in the Ring app. This will give us a strating point for troubleshooting.
