There is no power to the chime no matter which socket I plug it into
There is no power to the chime whichever socket I plug it into. What should I do?

As I could not purchase a chimes pro 2nd Gen in India I purchased it in May 2022 and could not install it till July since I just returned from my work place in Iraq. Now the chimes pro does not show the green light or for that matter any light. I seriously do not know what to do with the device.

Hi @user18376. If you purchase a device in one region and transfer it to another region, there is no guarantee it will work. Ring Devices are region specific and designed to only operate within that region. I suggest purchasing a Chime Pro in the region you will be using the device in to ensure compatibility.

Hi @user6388. Is this a First Gen Chime or a Second Gen Chime. Is it new or used? A little bit more context will help the Community determine the next best steps. You can also try performing a reboot on your Chime by pressing and holding the reset button for 20 seconds.
