How can I change the delivery address?

I ordered a garage door opener and tried to change ship to address as I just moved. Shopify won’t let me cancel within 45 minutes. The ring community call back was to late to cancel. I JUST HATE RING. THEY ARE OLD SCHOOL. How can I make a consumer complaint against them?
