Chime Pro not flashing green
Hi, I was moving my devices over to a new account (so the house owns them and not me) and both my chime pro and chime (both 2nd G) will only flash blue. Not the green flash required to complete set up. Is there anyway to factory reset this or any clues how to fix this issue ? Thanks in advance

Hi @user_eed61e. If your Chime is not entering set up mode even after resetting it, give our support team a call for further assistance.

I tried 5 seconds, 20 seconds, 30 seconds. Never flashed. Any other suggestions
