Chime Pro Gen2 stopped connecting to Smart Connect Wi-Fi

I've a Chime Pro Gen2 that stopped connecting to Asus Smart Connect (2.4Ghz, 5Ghz and 6Ghz Wi-Fi network) since 2 days ago. It was connected and working fine before this issue happened.  The rest of the Ring devices I have (Ring Video Doorbell 4, Stick Up cam and Indoor Cams) are still connected to the Smart Connect Wi-Fi network without issue but just not the Chime Pro Gen 2. The Chime Pro Gen 2 can only connect to 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi network now. Any advice?

    Hi @user_1268cf.  Try factory resetting your Chime Pro by pressing holding the setup button on it for 20-25 seconds. Also reboot your router as well. If you have tried these steps and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.

      I had tried factory reset it a few times but still not working. There was one time, it was able to get connected during the setup, but after a power cycle, the same problem came back. Not sure what is causing the ChimePro to fail to connect as other Ring devices are able to connect to the same WiFi network.

      Hi @user_1268cf. Have you tried moving the Chime Pro closer to your router for setup? As a test, try connecting it to a WiFi hotspot. If it is able to connect to the hotspot, there may be some changes that need to be made to your network.
