Chime Pro 2nd gen
troubleshooting
A few weeks back my chrime pro went offline for no reason. I was away at the time. When I got home o attempted to reconnect it back to the WiFi. All it does is flashes blue and green it will not connect the WiFi. All it does is flash blue and green 24 hours. I took it out of the power. Pressed the button for 10 seconds and let it sit. After 24 hours I plugged it back in and the same thing. Just flashes blue and green. Has it been zapped??! Is there another way to reset it completely ? TIA

Hi @user_84aefc. Based on what you described, the Chime Pro was unable to manually reconnect to your wifi network. Please reset the Chime by holding down the button on the side for 15 seconds, then walk through a new setup in the Ring app. Make sure the Chime Pro is within range of your router. We recommend no more than 25 feet.If you're unable to get the Chime Pro reconnected to your wifi network after trying the steps above, our support team can provide further assistance. You can get in touch at one of the numbers here, or on Facebook @Ring by sending a private message.
