My chime has started going off line everyday and I'm having to reconnect, sometimes it takes several attempts

Hi @user_4606a0. I recommend trying the following steps: - Reboot your router. - Factory reset your Chime by pressing and holding the setup button on it for 20-25 seconds, then reconnect it to your Wi-Fi. If you have tried these steps and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.
