Missing security screw

Bought a Ring Doorbell 3 +chime. Took it to holiday home in Spain and when we opened the box the security screws were missing. Telephoned Ring and they told me to order spares from the website! Why should I pay for something that should have been in the box in the first place?! My only other option they said was to go back to place I bought it (Costco) and see if they can order me security screws. Terrible customer service. Everything is now wired up so its not like I can take product back to UK now. Very disappointed.
