Horrible website
I have tried for the last 3 weeks to subscribe to your service. Your website absolutely sucks. Where is the link to subscribe? Every time I use your chat service is goes into lock mode and spirals endlessly. I have never seen such a horrible app in my life. This is the 21st century and things should be easy to use. Get someone that knows how to write a proper app and get link on it. You know, one that says SUBSCRIBE. I’m ready to send this garbage back and buy a real security camera system.

Another thing, why do we have to pay to see our recordings? Most other cameras have sd cards and way less expensive. Im thinking very much of selling this pos and getting more EZVIZ cameras, better quality.

I’m gonna hop right in here and say that this is the first time I have ever had to log into a chat board to reply that an app / website about not being able to pay them money… why the heck can it be so hard to buy a plan with this company… don’t feel like sitting on hold to pay for a service I am not 100% sure I even want…. I can’t even find a price per month. Site is a joke…. Agree with above posters. This issue still isn’t fixed years later
