Help!
I’ve been charging my ring for two days because everytime I take it off the charger, the app says it’s still dead. But the indicator on the actual camera is showing is fully charged. Anyone else have that problem? This has never happened before!

Hi @Pekas, does your device report as offline in the app? You may have to reconnect it manually back to your WiFi. Follow these steps to reconnect your device to WiFi: - Open up your Ring app and select the main menu - Select "Devices" - Select the offline device - Select the Device Health tile on your device page in the app - Select "Reconnect to WiFi" and follow the steps in the app to reconnect. Hope this helps! :)
