Make it easier to switch wifi sources, for example, between my main wifi and my extension

I have a large house, and 5 Ring doorbells. Some of my house is brick, making it a wifi nightmare, so I have a wifi extender. Some of the rings work better on the main wifi, some on the extension. But to switch from one to the other is very difficult - one has to go to Device Settings/General Settings/Remove this Device before one gets a chance to change the wifi, whcih requires a reatart of the Ring. And I only discovered this accidentally when I thought I would return the device. Maybe have the Ring be like a kindle or some other devie that has multiple saved wifi password, and connects to whcihever signal is the strongest?
