Trying to connect my doorbell

Bought new doorbell as my other one broke the trial period has ran out and wont let me connect to my new one saying its already got a user .I am with the standered olan

Hi @user_f24c35. Was this device purchased brand new or used? If it was used, you'll need to contact the owner to have them remove the device from their Ring app. If this is a new device and it already had an owner, you'll need to return it to where you bought it from. If you've set this device up previously, you'll need to double check the email that you are using, as you may be using a different email.
