hi there. I was looking at my history and was trying to retrieve some video footage from last year. it says I have nothing going back to the dates I was hoping for. I wanted to get august 2024 and the beginning of December 2024. Do you know if there is anyway I can retrieve this data?

Hi @user_fa5e24. If the recordings have been deleted, you will not be able to retrieve them. I recommend adjusting your Video Storage Time for a longer amount of time.
