How do I view last years footage? It will only let me go back to January XXXX and I need to go to June XXXX
It is very important I retrieve last years footage on June XXXX how do I do that?

Hi @user_7a64fb. You can go back up to XXXX days for recordings. This also depends on what amount of time you have set for video storage time, which this Help Center page will show you how to check what you have yours set to. If the video you need goes back further from what you have in your video storage time, then you will not be able to retrieve that recording. I suggest saving any videos onto your phone that you need longer than your storage time.
