Changing to standard from two basic plans

When my two basic plans are due for renewal how do I combine them into one standard plan which would be cheaper option?

    Hi @user_3c96b4. You can upgrade your Plan by logging into your account on Ring.com. You don't have to wait till they are up for renewal because when you upgrade, you will get a prorated refund for what you have not used of your old plans.

      Hi. Thanks. So if I upgrade I just have one standard plan and don’t renew the other.  Is that correct?

      @user_3c96b4. Yes, that is correct. Also keep in mind that the Standard Plan covers all devices at one location.
