Motion sensor light hours

I wish there was a way to only have the motion sensor lights come on during certain dark hours. For example they don't turn on at 9pm when we let our dogs out. But would turn on if someone were by our house at 2am. I feel like it would not be difficult to add and would improve user experience and customization.
