Floodlight wired no longer turns on

Have had floodlight wired and they worked great for 10 months. Recently, they stopped turning on. The app shows all is well. The diagnostics show good signal and connection to lighting bridge. Walking under them, the app says the lights have turned on, but they don’t. Have tried resetting at the breaker but no different. Any ideas?

Hey @Aweis. It seems there may be a wiring concern with the lights preventing them from turning on or a defect with the bulbs on the specific device. I recommend to turn off all the power to the device from the breaker, and then check the wiring to ensure that it is set up properly. If you find that the wiring is still good and the device's lights will not turn on, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406).
