troubleshooting

Hi I have a stick up cam which has been done until this week. It's now started pinging to say there is motion but when I open the app it just says video processing. The video never appears and id I close the app and go back on, there is no video. Getting very frustrated.....any ideas please?  Thanks

    Hi @user_2cce66. Try the following steps for your concern:    - Reboot your Camera using the Ring app.   - Reboot your router.   - Verify your Camera has good signal strength.   If you have tried these steps and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.
