No motion detection, no alert, only live view

Hi I moved my Ring battery doorbell from USA to Czech Republic. Doorbell doesn’t take any motions even when I walk on driveway, I can not get any motion detection alerts on my Ring app so I’m so unhappy right now. I tried everything, set it up right, but I can adjust and add zones but I can’t get motion distance. I can only go to live view. Ring worked great in USA and it was so easy to adjust distance for motion alert. I have Ring basic subscription.

Hi @user_cc22cd. This is because you have a USA designed product being used in a different region. This has to do with radio waives and wifi frequencies, etc. This will explain the intermittent functionality.
