Live view not working pre owned device
Hello. I recently purchased a 1st Gen Ring Doorbell from a shopping site. It was fairly cheap that's why I got it and as I already own the same one and had no issues I thought why not. But. For some reason when I install it and add it to my plan it comes up with installing update, which it does no problem but then the screen just says preview not currently available and when, I tap for live view it says live view not available. The motion detection is activating and assuming it's recording on my plan but when I go to check the recordings it says the video is not available?? I'm totally lost. Can someone please please please tell me what to do. I'm driving myself crazy trying to sort it. 😂. Thanks in advance. Anthony

Hi @user_64da29. Since this unit was pre-owned, it might have been defective. You can try a reset pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds, then releasing it.
