Hey @Speedy1. Just so I understand the situation correctly, you have the Stick Up Cam inside, facing outside and through a window? If this is the case as it sounds to be, then it will be unable to record and detect motion. This is because the PIR sensor in the Stick Up Cam is unable to detect the heat signatures through the window, as windows are a big barrier for this kind of motion detection. In addition, the IR filter will bounce off of the window, potentially making videos washed out. We do not recommend this setup and instead recommend to find a place outside so that it can look outside.
