Help with dark video
Hi just setup my Ring spotlight cam plus and noticed the video goes dim to the point i cant see anything. I’ve tried it with and without colour night vision on and it does the same. Sometimes it works fine others not! No pattern at all :( pics attached of it working and not

Hi @user36070. It's possible the bright street lighting is impacting the Camera's night vision, as it should always turn on when it's dark enough outside. I'd still recommend performing a quick reboot on your Spotlight Cam by following the steps [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/7438395032980-How-to-Reboot-your-Ring-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-from-the-Ring-App-).
