Hard wired security camera, one LED lamp not turning off.
This morning I noticed one of the led lamps on my camera was still on. I turned off the power for about twenty minutes but it still came on albeit dimly. The temperature was 0 deg so pretty cold. I have had the camera for about three years with no problem during that time. When I turn both lights on they are both at maximum brightness. See two images provided. Wondering if there is some stuck/frozen relay or whether dampness has seeped in. Any ideas how to rectify this please. A bit too cold to get up the ladder and have a look.

Thanks Justin, as I recall I had to twist wires together inside a plastic cone connector ? Maybe dampness ? I need to clean/rejoin/connect up again. Have taken advantage of the 'Ring' Black Friday' to purchase battery stick up camera to support the main camera.

J@goavo. Yes, you are right; you did have to use a wire nut to combine wires together. I'm glad you took advantage of the Black Friday deals. 🙂

Hi @goavo. You have tried the troubleshooting step I would have recommended for this concern. The next best step is to give our support team a call for further assistance.
