troubleshooting
Security camera installed last year with a solar panel and it worked fine even through the winter. SE facing wall gets plenty of direct AM sunlight. So it stopped trickle charging and I woyld get random "Wired connection detected /do you want to switch: texts from the app. App indicated in device health "Solar panel not connected." I installed a new camera (same panel) and everything worked well for a week but now Solar Panel has disconnected again and I am getting the same "Wired" notifications. Anyone have a fix?

Hi @user_9d1763. Which model of Ring Security Camera is this? You can find the device name on the Device Health page in the Ring app. I'd also suggest performing a reboot from the Device Health page for each camera, and disconnecting and reconnecting the solar panels.
