Please stop the SPAM!
This community has become unusable with all the spam posts. Also, something is broken because it looks like I am able to edit any post I want. That doesn't seem right. Someone at Ring needs to take a serious look at this site and get it fixed, it's not helpful for customers anymore.

Wow....you reported this days ago and it's still going on. Seems like a security company owned by Amazon would have been all over this. I came to post a question but after scrolling through 20+ pages of spam before I called it quits, I doubt it'll be seen.

Sadly, Ring has become so big and has not helped us or others for years. We recently had four outdoor cameras stolen, all of which had a recorded glimpse of the thieves just before they grabbed them, but Ring has denied any replacement, even with police reports/cases. Ring does not care. You might consider other forums, such as those on Reddit, and the like, because again, Ring does not care.
