How can I update my email address in the neighbors app?
I’m trying to change my email address in the Neighbors app. There’s no section to change/update your email address. Only your name, phone numbers & etc. please help! :)
Hey @Shell21xo. Changing your email address for the Neighbors app would be the same as changing it for your Ring account, since they have the same log in information. You will need to change your email address on the Ring.com website, on the Ring app, or with our support team.
