Small hub to turn on/ off by alarm settting

To have a small hub was can can go in between the power link what has NC/NO and com mean when the alarm is set it can turn off power or give power mean e.g if someone had a grager it would stop the power to the door so it can't be open as they no power and if someone had a smart lock was need power to lock it with give power to the lock to lock it
