Neighbours for UK

Hi, I understand this has been mentioned in other threads and has been requested to be placed in this section however I can not find it. (If you could link the request that would be great) It would be amazing to see the Neighbourhood feature used in the US brought to the UK. I'm not sure if there are specific restrictions preventing this, either GDPR, or other privacy legislation, however if so it would be good to understand why not if it is indeed restricted for a reason. If not, could this be look at being added, so the UK can benefit from all its amazing features. Thank you.
