"Link Neighbor Event" Feature Request

I would like to have the ability to link neighbor events. The main use case that I see is package thefts. Another is stolen vehicles and stoled catalytic converters. I see videos posted in my area that are often of the same culprits (particularly the stolen packages). It would be nice if we were able to link them, and filter the map so that we could both see and communicate to law enforcement where the culprit is operating. It would also be nice to be able to enter a "time of event" and then see a list of those when viewing the linked events, so that we could say, "this culprit typically operates within this radius and comes between these hours" so that we could request an added presence from law enforcement to catch them.
