I’ve connected my ring app with the spotlight wired camera, but SmartThings can’t find the camera when I authorize Ring to connect to SmartThings. How can I resolve this?

If you have already authorized Ring to allow SmartThings to connect to your Ring devices but your Spotlight Cam Wired will not show up, it would be best to reach out to their support for this concern. The devices that they support are limited, but the Spotlight Cam is listed as one of the devices, so they should be able to help further!
