doorbell won't charge
My doorbell won't keep a charge and now suddenly the plug has over heated and it won't charge at all. does this mean it's broken? I've only had it 2 years if that

What plug has overheated? The socket/port on the doorbell or the charger? If its the socket on the doorbell, its sensible to contact support via the web app ( account.ring.com ) sign in and use the speech bubble bottom right of the screen. If its the USB charger, try using another one, any USB charger will work, even one on a computer.
