Connecting to Amazon device... paid plan only?

I got notifications and was able to view the video from my Ring 2 on my Amazon Echo screen for the first month or 2. Now I can’t seem to get it going again… I’ve tried reconnecting the Amazon Ring skills multiple times and messed with a bunch of options but still no luck. No problems with notifications and viewing video from my computer or iPhone. What am I missing? Help appreciated. Please tell me Ring haven’t made connecting to an Amazon device and paid only feature, that would make no sense given you can do it on your phone.
