Change Ring WiFi network

I changed my home wifi settings and needed to update ring App for the wifi connection. I am using iOS (iPhone) ring app. On the device health menu, I can see the old wifi ID, but cannot make any changes. I cannot see the **Reconnect to Wifi** or **Change Wifi Network** on the device health menu, can someone provide more guidance?

False alarm, the problem account is a shared account. Only the account owner can change the wifi connection.
