Fraudulent practice and not honoring the email offer at RIng.com
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent credit offer associated with switching from an Amazon subscription to a Ring subscription. I received email about this promotion and, based on the terms outlined, I made the decision to switch to a Ring subscription, expecting to receive the promised $45 credit. However, after completing the switch I got the credit and when I upgraded it, they charged the full price and did not give the $45 credit. If not for this offer, I would have kept at Amazon subscription. I followed what the chat rep guided me. Unfortunately, after ring stole the credit, I chatted with another agent and was not helpful. I was made to feel, I was punished for accepting the email offer and upgrading from basic service to standard service. This is a fraudulent service and practice at Ring. The chat rep do not want take my complaint and open a ticket. He/she refused to share the chat history and do not want to escalate. Poor customer service I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter and ensuring that I receive the $45 credit that was promised given for few seconds and stolen away for upgrading at the same time. Could you please honor the offer and credit the credit to be applied to my account? Thank you for your prompt attention to this issue. I look forward to your response and a resolution to this matter.
