After fully charging the battery and installing it is comes up with a picture of a red plug meaning it is not plugged into power but it is battery operated. The battery was installed at 2.00pm in the afternoon and prior to 7.30am the next morning the battery was at 6% and disconnected from wi fi, so basically not working. I have again fully charged the battery and within 1 hour it is down to 92%. Is it a faulty battery that came with the cam or something else. Why is it saying not plugged into power when it is a battery spotlight cam? Please help because I have no idea.

    Hi @user_121226. What is the RSSI for your device? How many events per day is th device recording? Have you selected the power source for your device in the Device Settings > General Settings menu?
