Battery powered path light offline, light stays solid when charging, batter swap no help

I have noticed that one of my battery powered path lights has not been turning on at night, and it is showing offline. When I plugged it in to charge the light just stays solid and does not blink. I tired to to do a batter swap and it still shows offline. Is there anything else I can try to get this light back up and working? It is a couple of years old. So far it is the only one out of many that is having this issue. Thanks
