Elvox 887B

hi, I read that a user managed to get Ring Intercom working with Elvox 887B. Has anyone else managed to resolve the issue? I manage to connect but after the first few words an annoying noise starts which prevents conversation! And then he can't open the gate! They have already told me that my model is not compatible! But I read that @kekkokk had managed to get at least the audio part working. Has anyone else found solutions? Thank you.
