When I open my Ring app, I see a red dot over the main menu. I can't for the life of me work out what this is trying to call my attention to. When I go through all of the settings and options I can't see anything that would suggest it is linked to the red dot, nor can I seem to dismiss it. I would appreciate some help to work out why it is appearing.

Mine too. Happened after the app update that removed the red event notification icon too.  Fix it please Ring.
