Two door contact sensors offline and no lights
troubleshooting
About 4 weeks ago my front door sensor said it was offline - I tried reconnecting it but no joy. About a week later my garage door sensor (only other door sensor) also went offline. I can't get either of these to reconnect. Gen 2. They show no lights at all whatever I do including changing batteries and factory reset with the pin next to the base station. Both showed full batteries before this. I have changed the batteries on one but still no lights at all.
