Ring Alarm repeatedly (6/7 times a year) switches to Cellular Backup then connects to WiFi instead of Ethernet
troubleshooting

Hi everyone I'm based in the UK and have a Ring Alarm and 4 cameras (1 indoor wired and 3 x outdoor battery) set up in a community centre. The centre is used by lots of different groups. Boy Scouts, Girl Guides, a seniors yoga group, there's a day-care twice a week and even a church on Sundays (yup the building was even commissioned as a place of worship). For the most part the Ring Alarm works flawlessly despite having about 30+ individual codes / users and schedules. Every 4-6 weeks though (sometimes many months or even just a few days) the Ring Alarm goes into Cellular Backup for no apparent reason. Whenever it does this the Ring Alarm stops using the ethernet cable and tries to connect to Wi-Fi. It failes to connect and switches to Cellular Backup. The 4 Ring Cameras all remain connected as does our August / Yale smart door lock, our Tado smart HVAC system and the HP workstation I installed to remote in when needed. Whenever I look at the router it's always been up and connected for weeks so it's not due to an internet outage. It's also occurring on random days of the week and at random times so it's not something that's happening on a schedule. Does anyone know when Ring push out their updates? The Cellular Backup is usually remedied by remotely rebooting the ISP Router however, the Ring Alarm stays connected by Wi-Fi and I have to visit community centre (30 minutes drive away) to reconfigure the Ring Alarm network settings to use ethernet again. Anyone got any ideas, any at all. I'm willing to test any theories if it means I don't have to drive over there to fix it. Thanks, William
