Ring alarm base station registered to different account

Hi while trying to add my ring alarm base station to my ring app I just get error base station already registered to a different account I have been on to customer service online chat and also have phoned customer service both have told me that the base station is not registered to any account I have tryed different phones and accounts they have just said it's a technically issue but will not replace the base station having spent £600 on the cameras and alarm system is not really great any help would be great.

Hi @user_50ce6c. Are you setting this Ring Alarm Base Station up for the first time, or did you recently move? You will only receive this message if you're trying to set up a Ring device that has already been set up under another account. Do you have more than one Ring account? If you have multiple email addresses, I'd recommend checking.
