No complaints department
What a joke my camera broke after only having it a few months I have been told it would be beck in stock soon and they would send a replacement no replacement messages and was told they could send a battery camera still no replacement called and they said they are both out of stock .They said they do not have a complaints department . Can’t even give a date when they will be in stock . DONT BUY FROM ring terrible customer service

If you want my advice, buy a new one from Amazon, then send the faulty one back like you are returning the one you bought. Amazon Customer Services actively recommended doing that to me with an Amazon device once! It worked.
