Integration to Legacy Wired System

I am curious as to whether or not I could connect my legacy wired alarm system to Ring? In the USA, there seems to be a Ring Wired Retrofit Kit available, but doesn't seem to be for sale here in the UK.I was hoping there was a module that could be wired into my existing alarm panel that would allow this functionality. Anyone have any experience of this?James.
