Hi all. Trying to add my keypad, and it doesn’t even light up when plugging it in!!Does it need a long charge when straight out the box?Many thanksDave
Hi @koicarpus. I would first try a few different outlets and perhaps a different cable if you have one available. If you are still unable to get any lights, you can perform a reset on the keypad. If you've tried all of those steps but still no joy, you will need to contact our support team.
