Dusk to Dawn outdoor alarm siren

I got someone out to install my outdoor siren, I have the batteries in and it’s hardwired, I have turned on the dust to dawn on in the app but it’s not illuminating, any ideas?

    Hi @Loki50. If your Outdoor Siren is not lighting up while in Dusk to Dawn mode, try these steps: * Go to the LED Settings tile for the Siren and toggle it off and back on. * Verify the hardwire installation was done correctly using this Help Center article.
