I have downloaded a video recording on my iPhone. Ring app says successfully downloaded but the file is not shown in my files ~> downloads. My iPhone settings are set to download to iCloud. I look in iCloud files app but no file. This used to work! Has anyone else had this problem? I don’t know how to solve it.

Hi @user83116. I would also recommend checking your video library and the files on your phone, as the video may not be downloading straight to iCloud. Let me know if you’re able to locate the downloaded video on your phone.
