Doorbell Keeps Disconnecting From Wi-Fi

Hi, My Doorbell has been working fine and with no issues, I recently purchased a Chime and I don't know if the two are related but it keeps taking my Doorbell down from the wi-fi, I can't live view, I can't answer rings. It's highly frustrating, I have tried the resetting but even that hasn't worked.
